Another Day gone and I am trying to keep my patience.
I have a number of cases submitted to Spotify asking for help and the response I get is that someone is working on my issue.
I ask why have all my case numbers been closed. There has been no resolution to my inquiries.
I am going on Day Number 28 without my services, but still paying for it. I must be a @#$#% idiot.
If I was to have my service and tell Spotify that the payment will get to you as fast as I can work on it, I am sure you would have resolution immediately, by canceling my subscription. I can't even verify that my subscription can be cancelled, since spotify doesn't recognize me as having a subscription... But my Bank account says I have a subscription.
i've just upgraded my unlimited to premium (again), but while my account status shows premium on the website, on my pc it's still showing unlimited. I also can't login on my mobile. i hope to f*ck i don't have your problems.
