Deactivated Facebook Account

So I deactivated my facebook account which means I lost access to my Premium Spotify account.

I have contacted spotify, I have emailed their Australian email address, but I keep getting ignored.

Paypal just took out my latest payment for a service I can't even use because you won't reply to me!!!

Yet again, a contact through your website just directs me back here, where you don't respond to anyone anyway.

This is pathetic.
