Deactivated Facebook account, Spotify Premium Gone along with my playlists after reactivating!

So I disabled my facebook account because I was way too distracted/needed to allocate my time for my final exams! This resulted in the deletion of my playlists as well as disabling my spotify premium subscription! Not really sure why and how to get it back!

It's because you logged in using Facebook instead of making a separate spotify account. You must reactivate Facebook to keep using Spotify or start over with a new account if you really don't want Facebook back.
