Deactivated facebook and lost all content

I deactivated my facebook for a few months and upon reactivating it i have lost all playlists, starred songs and followers. I have seen a lot of people with this problem and the resolution is to email spotify through the contact form but the form won't send. Anyone care to help?

That link doesn't work for me either. It says "send question" at the bottom but it doesn't allow me to send anything.

Have you made sure the first 3 sections of the contact form are filled out?

yeah, i've tried both forms from both my laptop and my phone, i've restarted both and retried and nothing works for me, I can't physically send the form. do you know if there's an email address or something else other than this form?
