My Question or Issue

I am seething. I've had student premium for like two years now. I just deleted my facebook and as a result my spotify is gone. I don't know if it's active or not and I can't even contact the nonexistent customer service because 1. EVERYTHING REQUIRES YOU TO SIGN INTO AN ACCOUNT YOU NO LONGER HAVE and 2. IT. DOESN'T. EXIST. All I want is to use my email for my account and still have student premium. This is such a simple request and yet I still can't do it with this stupid loophole website.

Hi @allysonswim You can make a free temporary account with an email address and then delete it when you want (if you want too) to contact customer support and they should be able to get back to you in about 24-48 hours with a solution to the problem. The link to the form is down below.

Update!!!!: I found a support email and they were very helpful and very kind. I apologize for any mean thing I ever said about u spotify take all my money forever now. love u.
