Hi There,

 

I had subscribed to Spotify premium via my mobile provider - Maxis. I have with effect from today, moved on to another provider - Digi. I noticed immediately, my Spotify premium account has been suspended and has reverted to the free version. The thing is, I had just paid my monthly fees. So if I'm to re register my premium account, I'll have to pay for this month again? Please advise. thank you.

Have you reached out to your old Provider to discuss this? Generally, concerns like this have to be handled through the provider first before contacting Spotify.
