Debit Card "Not Valid"

I recently had to cancel one debit card for another, when I did this it obviously cancelled my premium account, I'm trying to get premium back and it gives me this message that says "Spotify is not active in your country please use a different card". It just doesn't make sense I live in the USA and got my card from the USA

Sometimes glitches happen but we can troubleshoot:) Have you tried deleting cookies in your browser and clearing cache?

If you have tried the process again, did it have the same results during different times or changing the browser?
Have you spoken with your bank?
Is your debit card in the list of acceptable debit cards?
