I subscribed last december because of the promo they had, where if you get a month's premium, you get 2 months free. Did I just read it wrong or something? because my premium ended already

The promo is only available for users who never had premium before. Are you sure that you never had a trial or subscription?

Hey there @Streamheat, welcome to the community!
That is odd. Have you tried logging out and in in your client? Also, in your account page, does it show you as being a Premium subscriber?
