Delete Account, Spotify not contacting me back.

I have two spotify accounts and I am trying to delete my OTHER account. I have emailed spotify twice about it and although I have received the automated "We got your email response" I have never received an answer. What can I do?

did those automated emails include case numbers or were they just leading you back to the community / help pages?

They did. Here is the second email's case number: 01983196
