Delete Family plan

Good Morning,

I wanted to join an existing family plan but I accidentally created a new family.

Now I can't join the family I wanted to because Spotify tells me I'm already in a family plan.

How can I cancel my family subscription in order to join the other one?

Hey @Sdrammaturgo,

1. Go to the subscription page.
2. Under Subscription and payment and under UPDATE DETAILS, click cancel your subscription.
3. Select a reason. Click CONTINUE.
4. Click CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.
5. Enter your password in the password field. Click CANCEL SPOTIFY SUBSCRIPTION.

Your subscription page now shows the date you will revert to Spotify's Free ad-based service.
