Delete Playlists in the Recover Playlist tab?

I know that when you delete a playlist it gets stored in the "Recover Playlist" tab under Account Settings. What I want to know is, is there a way to completely remove these playlists so I don't have an option to restore them? I know it's a strange thing to ask, but it gives me a strange sense of mind to know they are completely gone.

Hi, if you want them completely gone, I suggest deleting all the songs from the playlist first, and then deleting the playlist.

Nope, doesn't work. It still gives me the option to restore the playlist.

Yes, but it will be empty, right?

Because if you don't delete all the songs and delete playlist, it's just deleted from your profile. But if you delete all the songs first, there's no way to access that playlist, because even if you restore it, it's empty.
