Delete account

I tried to delete my account and it keeps sending me back to the same page. Which is very frustrating. Also spotify preauthoeized a payment of 5.09 somethin on my account after tell me that I was not eligible for the student offer. I want my account delete and my money put back on to my card.

how is it that you guys have no working support right now? literally no ticket system, no phone number, no working contact page. i have NO idea how to get in touch with someone for help with my subscription.

There's currently no telephone support, but you should be able to reach out to our team via this contact form. Once you select the options that best describe your issue, click/tap on "I still need help" and a form should come up for you to fill out.

If that doesn't seem to work, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refresh the page before you go through the steps again.
