Delete my account

How do I permenently delete my account? It's on Spotify Free but I hate my username and there is no other way of changing it without setting up a new account. I want to set up a new account with a new username then do a monthly subscription.

Send an email to support@spotify.com asking to delete your account. Tell them your username, date of birth and postal code.

Hi Barry1 - Stupify is right, we can delete your account if you get in touch via the contact form.

Please note that you won't be able to have a new username though.

Your new account will need to be linked to Facebook. This means your username will now be your Facebook display name.
