Delete my account

Delete my account

I have a facebook account on Spotify and I want to delete it. I used Spotify contact form three times but noone responded. Maybe here is someone who will respond?

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form.


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉

I contacted Spotify with this form 5 times or more. And also I replied on "no-reply" e-mail that I've received. I want my account deleted. It shouldn't be so difficult ...

Wow, 3 weeks and nothing happend. **bleep**, I am really angry right now.

Spotify Support has to do this.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.

Can you post the case number from the email you got from Spotify? (the most recent one)

 

After that is posted, this can be looked into.
