In order to delete your Spotify account, you should contact the Spotify team directly by using either their twitter account @SpotifyCares , Facebook or by using the contact form (https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/?contact). If you use the last one, please make sure to reply to any automated email you receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's a no-reply. Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
