I had spotify premium. I have recently bought a new phone and redownloaded spofify and signed in through facebook as opposed to an account (I cant remember the log in) and now I am on 'free' but still getting charged for the old account. How do I stop this?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
