Deleted FaceBook but I still want spotify!

After deactivating my facebook, Spotify stopped working. I tried to create a new account with my email but it says the email is taken... What do I do?

I'm in the same boat as you. I reactivated my account just so I could get back on Spotify.

Just make another dummy email for your new account. Ask Spotify support to delete your old account and then you can change the new account's email to your real one.
