Deleted Facebook account and now I'm locked out

Hello guys,

I've tried to disconnect my old Premium account (associated with *snip*) from Facebook before I deleted my profile there for good. I've tried to reset my password from this account and no e-mail was sent to me. In the end, I had to create a new account to keep using Spotify.

The thing is: I still have a few months on Premium (prepaid) on this one and I didn't want to lose all my songs and playlists. Is there a way to link this old account to my new one or at least recover what's left from my Premium account? I can provide all the identification you may need to verify my identity.

It is best to contact customer service so you can cancel your Facebook created account's subscription 🙂
