Deleted Facebook and Don't Have Access to Email

Hi,

I'm a Spotify Premium member. Originally, I signed up with Facebook but since then I've deleted my facebook account. Unfortunately, I also don't have access to the email I signed up with. I am currently logged in on Desktop and Mobile though.

Any way I can change my email without going through Facebook (since that Facebook account no longer exists)?
