Deleted Facebook long ago

I deleted my Facebook that was connected to my spotify account long ago and I'm still being charged for my account every month though I don't use it or wish to use it and I have no idea how to stop paying. Also I have been paying for my ex girlfriends account and I would like to stop paying for that also. Is there any way to just stop the automatic payments for these two accounts?????
