Deleted Offline Music

I saved lots of music offline, and just today after powercycling my phone all of it were gone. What happened?. My premium subscription is still active.

Hey @jdwree,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Spotify! 

This is not good, and I will try and help you today.

I am going to give you a few steps to try, if you could give the ma shot that would be great!

1. Log out, Login back in again then download the music again.
2. If that does not help, go to tyour offline devices page and removed the device you are having issues with, then set it up again.
3. If that does not help, try a clean install of the app.
