Deleted (?) account and it keeps charging me

Deleted (?) account and it keeps charging me

I haven't been able to pay my premium, so Spotify reset the email of my last account into a new account. I didn't think much of it and just made a new account. However, I've realized that despite that, it took 10 dollars from my account just now. I'm worried that this will keep on happening, and I would really like those 10 dollars back! Please help
