Deleted everything from my account

I was messing around with my Spotify on my mobile and I guess I created a duplicate account. But when I tried logging in on my desktop, everything was erased! I usually synced my spotify to my facebook to log in. I tried that several times but nothing has worked. I also tried changing my email account to the one I usually use but it told me "email is already in system" 
Can someone please help me with this problem?? I just want my account back!
