Deleted facebook account, can't login anymore to cancel subscription

I had just paid for a spotify premium account when I deleted my Facebook. Im okay with making a new Spotify account but I used the December promotion. How can I transfer the subscription?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you with this:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

How long has it been since you contacted support?

 

It can take up to 48 hours for them to reply.

I contacted the support around 3 days ago and I am quite desperate now,  because I am paying for a service I can't use and that I can't cancel it!!

I'm having the exact same issue, I have emailed support and have not had any response, this was 3 days ago.

The customerservice is a joke. I tried to cancel my subscription on my former facebook/spotify account for 2 months now. NO REPLY. this is the worst.

I have forwarded your posts to the support team at Spotify. Hopefully someone will be in contact soon.

The service is really a bad joke!

And the only tip you get here is to conntact the support..

I've had contact with a customerservice employee and he had some great suggentions to fix my issues with spotify. It's a shame I had to post on these forum just to get a reply when I repeatedly used the contactform to adress these issues.

It's going to get fixed now, thanks!

sombody from the Service contacted me 2times and promised to solve the problem..
the First contact was 6 das ago and the Second contact 3 days ago.. the problem still isn't solved and i am getting the feeling that they forgot about me!!

how long does "soon" approximatly take? because i've already been in contact with sombody and i am again waiting Since three more days
