Deleted my Facebook, but would still like to use Spotify

I deleted my Facebook a few months ago and unfortunately I couldn't find out how to use Spotify without my Facebook account and had to cancel my Premium subscription and basically stop using Spotify entirely. It's been a few months and I really miss it (Spotify). Is there any way to restore my account and playlists without having to re-activate my facebook?

If you still know your details of your old account, you could contact @spotifycares on Twitter or use  the contactform https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/ so they can check if it is possible to restore your account but I don't know how long Spotify keeps track of your records.
