Deleted playlists when returning from offline mode

When I was on a trip, I set Spotify in offline mode so I could listen while on the plane.  I sorted through some of my older lists and started moving tracks to different playlists.  I actually created two new playlists- "Ultimate favorites" and "Love, but not absolute favorite".  When I got home, I turned Spotify back online, and when It was syncing, it deleted my two new playlists completely!  I looked under the 'recover deleted playlists' section, but they weren't there.  Any ideas or suggestions?  These tracks were seriously my all-time favorites that I could listen to on repeat forever.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you return your account to a previous state within 24 hrs. You playlists should be there. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

I have sent an email, and now waiting for a responce.  Unfortunately this happened a few weeks ago, so hopefully it's not too late.
