Deleted spotify from facebook and after a log in in spotify my spotify premium is gone

i just deleted spotify from facebook and wanted to log into the spotify player and now there is displayed that i have spotify free version although i pay for spotify premium since 1 year.

somebody can help me?

yes i tried but the next problem ist that i forgot my password (or i think i registered with facebook, so i dont know which password i need, i tried the facebook password already though). When i try to reset my password with my email adress i dont get any emails, i already tried it 😕

Do u know what i am doing wrong?

It's pretty easy to get in a muddle. Can I suggest you get in touch with customer services using the online contact form and they'll be delighted to help get this sorted.
