Deleting Spotify account?

When I try to click the contact form link to delete my account, it redirects me to the beginning of the form again.  Is there any other way to delete an account?

We didn't do something wrong, did we? Is there anything we can do to change your mind? If not, give the Contact Form another try using a different browser or an incognito window? Make sure to clear cache and cookies first.
