Deleting a spotify account (email it's made with has been deleted)

Hey! So I wanted to attach my facebook to my current spotify aaccount, but the Facebook account has already been attached to an age old spotify account I haven't used for years. I tried to delete the account, but it needs to be confirmed from email, which doesn't exist anymore. Trying to change the email requires the account password (as I said, I haven't used this account for nearly a decade, I don't remember the password anymore)
How can I deattach my facebook from my old, and attach it to my current account.
