Deleting an account with facebook

Hi all,

i have created my account with facebook login, but i can't login from my workplace because we have a proxy.

so i want to delete my actual account and create a new one without facebook.

i've sent several requests from your contact form but with no answers. how can i delete my account??

Hi I want to delete my account that is linked to my facebook so that i can create a new account with the same email. I have sent a request but i have not heard anything. I would really really appreciate if you could remove my email so i can make a new account with it.

They normally try to get back to you within 24 hours. Did you receive an automated email?

Yeah i got one that gave me a reference number and such. I wanted to know if there was something i or someone else could do, so that i could get premium tonight?

If you reply to that email, it should speed things up. Unfortunately only the accounts team can deal with these things. If you haven't heard within 24 hours, pop the 8 digit case number into this thread and I'll chase it up.
