Deleting an account

I would like to delete my accout. But how do i do that?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You can to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will get back to you via email.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

The Spotify team have to delete it for you.

You need to ask to have your account deleted by using the online contact form. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along.

Unfortunately Spotify does not currently have that as an option. Please add your kudos and comments to this topic if you would like to see it added.

If you get in touch as @Joe says above the CS team will be able to remove it for you.

I need to delete my account and the contact form or the links provided in the emails sent ffrom you guys are helpingat all.

I am stuck in a loop, ' if you want to close the account use this form' wich sends me links to use the same form over and over again.

please help.
