Deleting an account

My Question or Issue

I deleted my free account in order to make a new one with the same email but when I try to make a new account under the email it says it is connected to an existing account but when I log in, it verifies that the old account with the email doesn't exist. What can I do because I still want to use my email

Could you let me know how recently you deleted this as emails can take a period of time to be re-released for use.

only for 1hr so I may just have to be patient and wait 24hrs and try again

Hey @Myles_is_White,

Thanks for that the time usually for an email to be re-released for use can take up to 2 weeks to a month. I'd recommend trying in 2 weeks and every few days after and hopefully you'll be able to start a new fresh account, in the meantime you could create a new account however it would require a new email address.
