Deleting my account

I think it's ridiculous that its impossible to completely delete your account. I no longer want Spotify after my 48 hours and would rather use pandora and I can't even delete my account. I hear the customer service is terrible here so who knows what to do. All I know is I hate apps and sites where they hold you hostage. Annoying. Will not be recommending this to anyone else.

I have no idea who told you about the customer services, but I can tell you they're wrong. Just pop a message over using the Support Form and your account will be fully deleted.

If you get a message directing you to the community, just reply to it, even it it's from no-reply.
