Deregister payment option for an old account from a past friend

So, a previously close friend and I love Spotify, I had it, showcased it to him, he loved it. We had a deal setout, where essentially I would pay his spotify bill in return. Now I havent talked to him in a while and having cleared my credit card debt, I now notice that it is still going charging my account, never got shut down.

I have tried contacting him multiple times but no response.

Is there any way I am able to remove my credit payment option from that old, inaccessable account?

Even if I can verify the payment details?
