Desaparecen mis descargas

Tengo una cuenta premium y descargué canciones. Escuché sin conexión un día. Cuando quiero volver a escucharlas sin usar mis datos al día siguiente, encuentro que las canciones descargadas ya no están descargadas. Que pasó? Es fastifioso y fue para esto que compré premium.

What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you running? How long has this been going on for?

If you have any cache clearing apps installed to your device, disabling them should fix this.

Tengo otro problema, cuando mi cuenta era gratuita, podía eliminar las canciones que no me gustaban. Ahora que tengo cuenta premium, no puedo hacerlo.
