Hi amorhernandez,

 

Hope you don't mind if I reply in English, the main language of Spotify Community.

 

Sometimes when you change for Spotify Premium, some problems can occurs, you can follow the Charged Twice Article (Spanish) to have some additional help about that.

If you have additional problems about that and the article don't help, you can Contact Spotify (Option 3 or 4).
