My mac app freezes 😛

Try deleting the app and re-installing. 

Are you on the newest version of the app? 

Do you have enough free space on your mac? 

Is your mac up to date?

Hey @user-removed! If you're still having issues after doing what @mycatkins suggested, could you first close Spotify, then open terminal and paste the following:

/Applications/Spotify.app/Contents/MacOS/Spotify --show-console

If you could share what comes up in terminal when it freezes?

Also: when you say freezes, does the application become unresponsive, does it close completely, and if it becomes unresponsive, does it ever release and become functional after a period of time?
