My Question or Issue

Hi, 

I am able to connect to my spotify account in the web page but when I am trying in the desktop app, it says username and password are wrong error code 3. 

I did update my email address in my Facebook account but why it is working in the web page and not for the desktop ?

What can I do to be able to connect to the desktop app?

I am on a family account and so far I always used the connection by Facebook and I don't want to create a new account.

That doesn't sound cool.

Could you try to use your username instead of your email address in the login process to see if that helps?
