[Desktop] merge users into a secondary account

Hi.

I have the account with 6 users, using 4 of them.

If my kids and I want to listen to music together, say when we are doing the dishes, we use on of our accounts, normally mine.

Next time I want to listen to my favorite podcast or music, i get proposals from that kiddy-music they have played, on my account.

I would like to be able to use one of my unused account, to be able to merge our favorites into, to joy and pleasure listening, when we are together as a family, but without any traces sent back to MY account.

Hi @Osteguf,

Thank you for reaching out about this to the Community.

We've moved your post to this help board where we can assist you better.

All Spotify accounts are interchangeable and for personal use according to our T&C, which means that it's not advisable to set up an account for communal use.

What we suggest is that whenever you need to play music that you don't want affecting your recommendations, you can toggle on the Private Session, which will keep that music from reflecting on your music recommendations and personalized playlists.

Let us know if you have any questions.
