Device Password Email Not Being Sent

Hi,

 

I have Spotify Premium on my Facebook-linked account. I submitted a request to get a device password/username multiple times, but never received the email with the password. I've been waiting for quite some time now, so I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks!

I've never had any problems. In fact I needed a device password today and received an email within seconds of going to this page. Is your correct email address shown in your account overview and have you checked your spam folder?

Yes, the email address is correct, and I checked the spam folder. I've received emails from Spotify before with no issues. I just tried again, and I didn't get an email 😞
