Device Password email doesnt send.

I am trying to get a device password for my premium account however I never receive the email. I went back and forth with support and their brilliant idea was to create another account despite me having this one for the past 3 years..........

Iv seen other people post that they had this issue and support fixed it. Is there an escalation point I can talk too because the guy that was "Helping" me didnt seem to know what the heck he was doing.
