Devices on offline mode

If i log out of all devices on my spotify will it log out the people that are on offline mode too?

Thanks for reaching out!
Logging out all devices will queue up your offline devices for a logout as well. The procedure will, however, not be executed until the said offline devices become online themselves.
In other words - your account on any offline device should remain logged in until you decide to go online.
