My Question or Issue

got email about issue unable to charge credit card - thought it was phishing email - logged into spotify - (went to spotify web site directly not from email link - I am not stupid) and there was indication of spotify unable to charge card.  The 4 digits dont  match my cards.   need help figuring this out.  you have been charging something. Never signed up for premium - says it was from hulu which I dont have either.  your support sucks - no chat ?  you send everyone to twitter ?

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help. Currently, getting in touch with an advisor can take longer than usual. Thanks for your patience!
