Didn't get 30 day free trial.

I have never used a 30 day free trial with my account and when I went to sign up for Premium it charged me the $9.99 to my account right away. Is there any way to get rid of this?? I would really appreciate a response.

If you don't want to be charged more, you can log in from and cancel the subscription or such. I'd suggest to contact Spotify through the contact form. for more information.

You also could just sit tight and wait for a response from the staff.

I'll escalate this forward.
