Didn't get PIN for premium pay confirmation

Good morning,

I was about to change my account into Premium last night. I've paid it with my cellphone operator (indosat),but until now,i didn't get my PIN for pay confirmation. What should i do?

If you've tried getting the subscription through your carrier but never received the pin, try it one more time using a different browser or an incognito window.

If the pin is still nowhere to be found after this, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to take a closer look to your account.
