Didn't get the deal even though i took it

Didnt, have premiun, so i took a deal that would give me 3 months for 9 sek, accepted terms and all that, now i see my account has been charged 99sek (the ordinary price) Why is that? and how can i fix this?

If you previously had Premium trial such as 30-day, 60-day, 3-months, you won't be able to take advantage of the holiday offer.
