Hello,

I wasnt aware that there was a student rate when I signed up for my Premium account.

I have followed the steps to change my premium account into a student account, but it will not let me change it.

Is there any way to change my status without making a new account, I am literally 1 day into my free month.

Sorry for the trouble!

There is currently a glitch with the student discount page for some people. The website team is still trying to fix it.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
