I didn’t have my free three months , it’s been tow facturation now and non of the payment gotten refund like your saying on the website?

Hello, if your Spotify isn't working and you're asking for a refund (or deactivating premium) you can simply go onto the Spotify community website and log in with your current account. There will be further instructions and you can ask the moderators for assistance.

No it’s perfectly working but I was suppose to have three months free with the premium account.

We can confirm that currently, we’re not able to offer the trial in Quebec due to circumstances outside our control. We hope to be able to make it available in the future!
