Didn't know my subscription was up

I signed up for the three months of Premium for .99 cents, I wasn't aware that my subscription was up until I found that Spotify took the last $10 from my account. Almost putting no me into over draft. I need to dispute this with my bank, but I need to have a confirmation to get the money back. How can I do this?

If what you need is a receipt, every time you're billed an email is sent to your email account confirming the transaction.
