Didn't receieve presale code?

I'm a premium member and have receieved a number of presale codes in the past, some for artists I only rarely listen to

Run the Jewels tickets when on Spotify presale today but I didn't receieve a code. Is there a reason for this? Does Spotify only send the code to a select few users?

Hi @Conaty. My understanding with how pre-sale codes is that yes, they only get sent to a limited number of users. Usually, I believe, to the top X% of listeners. While you may not listen to a certain band a lot, you may listen to them more than anyone else does, which is why you've qualified for pre-sale in the past, but not for Run the Jewels.
